    What was the name of that TV show
    About a girl with a father from outer space, she had to talk to him via some type of crystal that opened up. She had the power to freeze time by touching her hands together. PLEASE HELP me!!

    Hello xavierjs,

    I remember this childrens' TV Show but, like you, could not remember the title. It took me ages of research to find it but hopefully I was successful.

    The name of the series was 'Out of this World'

    It was premiered in 1987 and starred Donna Pescow as Donna Garland and Doug McClure as Mayor Kyle Applegate. It was actually directed by Scott Baio of 'Happy Days'.

    Donna could not only freeze time, she could also make objects appear and teleport herself.
