I attended United College of Business in Hollywood California around 1975 - 1976, I am currently attending school and do not want to repeat classes already taken. Thanks for any help!

You can start with the Department of Education, also if it was not an accredited college, the classes may not be able to be transferred anyway

This college closed in 1990 and went into bankruptcy.

I would call the California Department of Education at :

I really doubt that even if you could somehow retrieve those transcripts that they would do you any good.

Generally after that many years no college will accept those classes anyway. Before you go to a lot of trouble trying to retrieve them I would check with your current college because I am thinking it was too long in the past.

When my daughter went back to school after a long service in the Armed Forces she could not use her classes that were more than 5 years old.
