    Real Estate, Getting started with little money
    I want to know how to get started with little to no money buying Real Estate and securing funding to renovate?

    You should not.

    If you odn't have any funds, you perhaps should work for someone that is doing this, learn the business and then save up.

    First you need to learn how to inspect homes and find good buys. Next you need to know all the basic construction skills.
    And remember that a percentage of these flips all fail to make any money and actually lose money. And you have to have the money borrowed until the home actually sells which can be months on today's market.

    So unless you can find a business partner with money I would advice doing it
