    Is the jpg just text? You might be able to run it through a OCR program to change it to editable text.

    Hi,
    I personally use Pixillon to most document conversion, mainly to pdf.
    Pixillion : Image Format Convertor | TECH YARD
    Sorry but I do not think this th actual one I use; some of my machines have things that are not easily found or available.
