Will paying rent stop eviction Ohio
My landlord filed eviction on me and I received the paperwork in the mail for court. I then paid my rent in full including late fees and filing fees. Does that legally stop the eviction?

Depends on whether this was a pay or quit notice or a termination of tenancy notice.

It may, if that is how it was written. So you need to review the notice and speak to the land lord
