    How can I obtain the Smith/Ostler Two-Way Monthly Overtime Wages Report for 2015? Also, if someone loses his job, is severance pay subject to the Smith/Ostler calculation for child and spousal support payments?

    If you already have an order for it then just ask the other party to provide it to you for 2014.
