At her age, and with her medical condition, it is time for you to call the vet again and bring her in for a health check. Either the medication is upsetting her stomach or there is something more serious going on. Please give him/her a call this morning.

Steven, I wouldn't play around with it. If she isn't eating and appears to be "drunk walking", I really am very concerned. I don't like to force feed any animal unless the vet specifically directs me to do it. With her heart condition, I don't know if forcing her to eat is the wisest thing to do. If you can't get her in today for an exam, call the vet and ask his/her advice as to what to do. They don't charge for a phone call. I would rather see you get advice from the vet that knows your dog, than someone over the internet who isn't familiar with her case. We may give you the wrong advice and it may negatively affect your dog. :(

My 9 y/o Dalmatian has recently stopped eating her food. She drinks a lot of water. She has been eating cat droppings from a litter box and I recently gave her a dewormer. Could she have an upset stomach from the cat's poop and litter or is there something more wrong?
