    Do Ghana citizens have to take an HIV test before traveling to US
    I was talking to a person living in Ghana and they told me to visit the US. They have to have an HIV test. Is this true and how much is it to renew their passport and cost of visa

    This is a fraud, it is just a scheme to get money out of you, most likely this is not even the person, there are rooms full of people ( old ladies and men) who use the internet and get people to send them money. They will come up with more and more stories,

    The cost of visa and passport is about 300 dollar
