Headings Not Visible in Outlook Address Book
I have been gradually switching over my names & business contacts to Outlook Express.

The list is expanded to include a lot more info like Bus Name address phone fax etc.

When I am finished I cannot view the business name etc. All I see are Surname, First Name email and phone numbers.

Some times one can search better by company name .

You can adjust the view so its sorted by Company, instead of name. Not sure about OE, but in Outlook if the Business name is blank it defaults to the individual name.

    Outlook Express Address Book
    Hi,
Have you considered putting the Business Name in the space for Name?
    For example:
    Open Outlook Express.
Then, at the top, click on Tools, then Address Book.
Right click on any Name, then Left click on Properties.
In that window, at the top, click on Name tab.
In the Name space, type in the Business or Company Name.
Then, click on the Business tab.
Under the heading Company, type in their name.

In that way, when you click on Tools, Address Book, the window will show you the Company name under the heading of Name.
That is, if you have it to sort by Name.
    Best of luck,
    fredg
