    Ceiling fan remote control
    My remote control turns the fan on but the fan stops in a short time? I have changed the remote control battery and this did not help. The fan motor does not get hot. What should I check now? Thanks .

    When it stops are you able to start it again with the remote?

    Yes I can start the fan again with the remote after it stops . What can I check next? Thanks.

    Try a different dip switch setting, perhaps something on the same frequency is interferring. The link I gave you has more information.
