Hello everyone,

Im in the midst of Trying to get new contracts for my cleaning business,I'm in kanasas City, Missouri,Is there anyone out there that can give me some suggestion on the best way to do this, I have 2 contracts right now, trying to obtain around 25 by the end of the year is my goal.. Any suggestion how to go about, or a script for marketing when call a client to ask about a bid... Really need help with marketing script?

Your experience in the commercial business? (years and positions)

How many workers do you have?

Are you complete company? Hard floors, carpet cleaning, chair cleaning, windows, construction clean-ups, wood flooring care, OSHA compliant?

How long in business?

Are you looking for a particular market? Or any business? What size limits? (Square footage)

Do you have equipment; buffing machine, floor scrubbers, stripper, back pack vacuums, wet/dry vacs, etc?

Are you insured?

How did you get the 2 businesses you have presently?

Please let me know and we can go from there...
