    What is your field of knowledge? Pursuing a Master's degree is a very worthy ambition but who can best consul you as to why you want one? Only you know why you want one. Ask yourself if you want this advanced degree for the sake of financial gain, knowledge, career choices, etc. Maybe you want the degree for a sum of many reasons.

    You know your own desires and goals.
