First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

I've also moved it to the Taxes forum. There is a web site www.w2express.com that is used by many companies to distribute W2s online. However, your employer must choose to use this service. You can check the site to see if your company is listed, but the best thing to do is to ask your company, either the payroll or HR dept.

If your company uses online, the HR department will notify you where to find them, and the passcodes to use.
