You tighten your vagina by consciously using muscles around it, temporarily.
It certainly is good to do exercises like Kegels for several reasons, but you can also stay active and walk a lot.

There is no product you can buy, so save your money.

Kegels is the best way to strengthen your muscles. There really isn't a loose or tight when it comes to your vagina. Most of it is wives tales and rumours.

Kegels is a great way to keep your pelvic floor muscles tight which helps beyond sex. Look it up.

This subject has come up numerous times in my 70 years, and I'm just not buying the argument that there is no 'tight or loose.' I claim there is, whether genetically, from giving birth, from inactivity, I don't really know the final proven science, and just hear a lot of 'don't get all hung up on it,' which is good advice, but sometimes I want to really know things.

Muscles stretch, and atrophy. Muscle tone is gained and lost. There is variability, no doubt about that but the societal concept of loose and tight is largely wives tales.

In the four vaginas that I have put my fingers and penis in, one after one vaginal childbirth and then again after two vaginal childbirths, I have not noticed a precieptable difference in vaginal elasticity or tightness. Granted the sample size is small, and the sample time is spread out (18ish years), so the results can't be trusted.

From the porn that I have seen, I know that the girth that a vagina can take will vary. The instruments used though are vary much larger, in both girth and length, then a normal human penis.

I also know that there are conditions that cause the pelvic floor muscles to seize causing any sort of insertion (penis, tampon, comically large dildo) to be painful. The solution for that is physical therapy and possibly vaginal dilators.

My opinion is the your pelvic floor should be exercised, via kegels, but if someone is complaining that your vagina is too loose, then they're not doing something right.

    I'll accept that, CM

I wonder if Masters and Johnson studied this with their clear plastic penises. I am too unconcerned at my age now to research it. LOL
