I did it! Use Boyle's Law for the following calculation. A sample of gas which occupies a volume of 22.4mL at a pressure of 1.21 atm is subjected to a decrease in pressure of 82mmHg. Calculate new volume. 82mmHgx(1atm/760mmHg)=0.108atm (1.21atm)(22.4mL)=(0.108atm)(xmL) x=251mL correct?
Finding th diagonal of a unit cell
[ 5 Answers ]
I have Cs (169pm) and Cl (167pm) how do I calculate the diagonal of the unit cell for CsCl? I'm so lost the only thing I can think to do is have d=2(169)+2(167) so d would equal 672. Is this right or am I having wishful thinking? View more questions Search
