    Hello B:

I'm certain they can. What benefit would the state have in making mobile home park owners do that? They don't make condominiums do that. They have renters and owners in the same building...

However, I detect you have a problem that you thought could b satisfied if you got the answer you were looking for... Maybe, if you tell us what your problem is, we could help..

If you're a mobile home park owner, how come you don't know the rules?

The option of having both renters and owners in many parks is not new. This is strictly up to the individual park. Most parks are owner only due to the excessive turnover of renters and the park owners having to go after the homeowner for the park rent and possible eviction of the mobile home. Easier to just make it an owner only park.
