    Weight gain
    Hi
    I hardly eat more than a meal per day yet I have weight problems
    I take in lot of fruits as well. My parents are not obese and we do not seemingly have any obese person in my lineage.What else could account for my weight problems. I am 1.7m tall and weigh 95kg.

    Eating one meal per day may just be your problem.

    You see, when you eat this little bit your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to every calorie. Thus, weight gain. You need to eat 3 small healthy meals a day that include fresh fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water.

    Exercise such as walking up to an hour a day will help also.

    Might want to have your doctor check your thyroid too.
