Does anyone else notice that when you watch porn / jack off / train "edging / engourging / lasting longer training" your erections are less Hard while performing sex with your GF?

I've noticed that ever since I started to watch more porn & train more, I would not be as horny around my GF , while having sex with her occasionally go limp sometimes, and my boners arnt as hard and sex doesn't feel as good.

I don't know if she notices but I do? I mean its making me last longer but its also making my boners not as Pure hard rock & etc..

Kind of a dilemma for me..


On the other hand, the more I watch porn and the more I train / jack off, the more I want to do it every night (watch porn).. whereas if I would stop it, I would not be tempted to do it as frequently..


Basically is it the porn that's making me not as hard ? Or is it something else in my life.. what should I do

Often porn gives you un-realistic view points on healthy sexual activity.
If you have a active sex partner you don't have a need for real frequent masturbation and there is no need for porn.
