Dual status - last year of residency
I was on L-1 visa from 2007 and left U.S. for my home country in April 2009.
I understand that I need to file dual status return
    1) would the return be 1040NR with 1040 as the statement.
    2) Would the income on 1040NR return be only the wages I earned until apr 2009?
    3) would the incomes on 1040 statement include all wages earned worldwide in the entire year i.e. U.S. wage until Apr 09 plus India wage after Apr 09.
    4) Will I have to include interest income I earned in India after Apr 09 on the 1040 statement?
    5) Do I have to file a statement that establishes my residency termination date as Apr 09
    6) I got married at the end of 2009 to U>S. nonresident. Do I file MFS for both 1040NR
    And 1040?

Thank you for your response. I really appreciate all your help.

    Regards, Tanya
