    Nothing. Only time clean will remove substances from the hair follicle.

    The only thing you can do to lower your levels of meth in the hair is to stop doing the meth.

    The time to worry about lowering your meth levels for a hair follicle test is before you use. After is to late to worry, just prepare for whatever consequences the results bring. Be honest what have you been doing the last 90 days to bring your level down through total abstinence? Is this your first test?

    Any attempt to trick or cheat to hide what you have done, is the same as a fail, and futile since testers know every trick in the book.

    Sorry, none of those products advertised do anything but lower your bank account. None of the drugs, none of the washes work.

    Spend every dime you have on all the useless products out there. Then you won't be able to afford meth.
