    Plyometrics?
    Are there any gyms out there that offer plyometric training?

    I'm not sure if there are any gyms who specialise in plyomentric training, but any good personal trainer at any decent gym would be able to derive a plyometric workout that suits your needs.
    Plyometrics is not so much about equipment as it is about the way you exercise. E.g. normal push-ups and plyometric push ups (the ones where you push yourself up fast and clap). You can do plyometric EXPLOSIVE squats with or wothour resistance or even plyometric explosive bench-press.

    Plyometric training is a great to get fasterand very easy to understand. Here is a great siteClick Here or HERE what has a couple of things on plyometrics I think and another way I found out is a lot of vertical jump sites PM to help if don't understand
