    ENT specialist to answer my concern
    Hi doctor, am getting sore throat and throat tickle especially during morning in this month and I don't have any chest cold... Feeling feverish but no fever.. rarely pain behind the jaws and some pressure in the ears rarely... so.pls help me out... At present am consuming medicine for acid reflux and gastroc problems

    No MDs here. Some nurses and knowledgeable people.
    You don't need an ENT; not yet anyway.
    A few of the many usual reasons for what you describe:
    Post nasal drip while you are asleep can make a throat sore
    Allergies, either indoor (dust mites in bedding) or outdoor (different pollen), maybe entering the house from a fan or AC.
    Sensitivity to medicines you take
    The acid reflux itself

    You don't say what your gastric problems are.

    For starters, wash your pillows (not just the cases) and all bedding including mattress pad, and run through the rinse twice. Buy unscented detergent.
    Clean fans and AC filters and drip trays. I have no use for ACs. Nothing but trouble for breathing.
    Keep some menthol cough drops by your bed and start one as you go to sleep. Another if you wake up.
    Keep drinking tons of fluids.
    Buy some anti-histamine such as Benadryl if your doctor says it's OK.
