The switched side of the relay can be powered from the PRIME connector by applying B+ and listening for pump operation.
ECM Fuse B is Hot at all times.
Back probe with the relay in and you should have B+ on that orange wire.
With the key in the RUN position, the VCM should energize the relay and send B+ down the GRY wire. Back probe that during key-on or cranking and you should have B+.
    Is the relay not switching?
    What are your symptoms?

    Captain,
    Very Good Diagram, Thanks.
When I did the Testing a couple of days ago. It had power to coil side(B3), and a good ground(A1), But could not find a constant hot on the contacts, did determine which was the pump, jumped at relay socket, and pump worked, and determined relay was good.
I see now B1 gets it power from F11, and was not listed as Fuel Pump fuse, All fuses had tested good.
So I had a jumper from the constant hot, to B1 to see if something else was depending on power with the fuel pump, then plugged relay in socket with jumper for a test. Still wouldn't start, Removed and restored as it was and has been running fine since.
I don't like for things to get better on their own, like to see the problem.
If it does it again, I will test f11 for power and the socket, if not it is the wire between the 2, I think.
    Thanks all.

Where does the fuel pump prime connector get it power from?
    A 2 second pulse from ECM ?

That is where the technician can provide fused B+ to power up the pump for diagnostic purposes only. The prime connector is used primarily to verify pump can operate (and verify harness integrity from the relay to the pump and to it's ground) and prime fuel system after major component replacement.
