For specifics: I had 7 or 8 beers, and one shot. The beers were light, and one heavy, the shot was of vodka. I weigh 160lbs am 5'10 tall, and exercise a fair bit. Usually the exercise comes in the form of sprints via soccer, I plan on playing again tonight although that might fall through, does this matter or should I or should I not exercise the night before (I've read conflicting ideas on that subject). I've also read something about taking multivitamins and drinking green tea working for one fellow... But he only drank a moderate amount off alcohol, I definitely binged on 9 drinks in 3 hours last night not expecting to be called in for a drug test.I think I'm definitely screwed because this came out of the blue but my agency is pretty generous about diluted piss. If your test is 22 hours after your last drink, you may have a problem. There is anecdotal evidence that increasing your metabolic rate ( like by exercising), may speed the elimination of ETG. There is no data, other than internet claims, that milk thistle or any supplement will affect ETG excretion.
Be careful with water consumption, because too much will result in a "dilute", same as a fail.

If you're a betting man, I wouldn't bet on you passing. What are the consequences? Is prohibition written into your employment contract?

What is happening is that your body, regardless of it's size, fitness level, or activity done, will digest alcohol and product ETG and ETS. You can't stop it. If you drink too much water your urine will be dilute and it will be taken as a sign of a guilty covering up consumption. So you're going to have to bite the bullet and be prepared to fail.
