    Sleep question
So I have an issue. For the past year I have been really tired all the time during the day but at night I don't feel tired anymore. I feel extremely tired around 3:00 and then by 9:00 I feel wide awake. Does anyone know why this could be? I didn't really think it was a problem until just recently because I have not been sleeping good at night now. Wouldn't I be tired all day and night not just during the day?
