    Ward floor furnace
    I have ward floor furnace I remplace the gas valve and the thermocuple pilot is on but
    Turning the burning on what can be the problem

    Many items.
    The gas valve? Is it the correct valve for the unit? Are you sure?
    Did you wire the valve correctly? Did you dubble check?
    Did you turn the new gas valve lever to the on position? Believe it or not I have seen that happen before. Is the thermostat turned all the way up causing the thermostat to call for heat?

    What was the original problem?

    What is the EXACT model number of the unit?

    I have ward floor furnace model#570 edr
    I remplace the gas valve also the thermocuple
    The pilot is on but is not turning I remplace the thermocuple Two times it work only 4or 6timesso I don't kow what to do

    Yes the valve is new I got the valve from a apliances place so thast what igot
