I felt in love a man in my workplace. We see everyday each other and he told me that he wants me but he is afraid to proceed and get closer to me. We go out for drink or dinner but that all. We speak to the phone after we finish the work and everything seems to be very romantic. Please help me... How should we be couple?

Well I can see that you are over your ex, as you are falling for a co-worker.

However, having a relationship with a man who works with you can be tricky!
There are things to consider thou, like :- is he your boss? What's his position in the compan?

If he is on the same level as you - then why not?

How long have you known him, and what is the policy at your job?? Work place romance can be bad for your employment especially when the relatioship turns bad and you still have to see him.
