    What is the correct financial statement-statement of cash flows wording?
    Cash (used) in operating activities <10,000>
    Cash (used) in investing activities 10,000

    Depends on who you ask and how picky they're getting.

    If it's negative I usually say "used for" and if it's positive I usually say "provided by." But I've seen it stated other ways.
