It is completely normal. It usually happens it you bump it somehow and it hurts a little. It happened with my belly button piercing but it went away eventually.

Its nothing to worry about. Just use any piercing cleaner and it should go away. It happened with my cartilage piercings when I took them out to change them.

Its probably because your body is adjusting to having periods again. It's nothing to worry about.
