Thanks Mark! I was able to take off the cartridge but the rubber rings I needed were not in the kit of o-rings that I have. I'll have to run to the hardware store... but the rings didn't look bad...

It's the shower. The water is split b/w the shower and faucet when I turn the shower valve.
