Right-Click anywhere on your desktop
Select 'Arrange Icons By'
Select 'Show Desktop Icons'

This will then hide them all, to reveal them again, just repeat the steps...

As it states... Temporary Files, all these files are safe to delete. They only hog space and memory.

In your explorer bar goto:-

Tools / Interent Options / [Temporary Internet Files] Delete...
