My parents aren't large :( my doctor says it might just be me growing up, but my parents don't think it is.

I'm 12 and want to lose weight.
I'm 12, 5"3, and 11 1/2 stone. I stand out at school, because I'm big.
I get picked on as well :(
I exercise daily, but there seems to be no change with my weight, I don't eat chocolate or sweets...
