That is the mark of Joe and Eunice Wilson, he is Zuni and she is Navajo. Frequently when it is his work the hallmark is on a raised plate.

Roanhorse is the hallmark of Henry or Louise Roanhorse, his wife, they work together and share the stamp. They are Navajo and first used the mark in 1978.
