Hydroquinone 2% in not harmful, you can even get it without prescription, if you go 4% and above then you will definitely have adverse skin reaction esp. if you have excessive exposure to the sun.....

Remember, I'm on the Magic cream from Funky Mommy as in until now, but it's just maintenance since I reached the color that I like already. Goodluck to your search Glitter.
