I just repaired my home central AC by replacing the fan capacitor. Now I've cleaned the outside unit thoroughly, hosed off coils and vacuumed out all dirt from the fan/coil and compressor...

Central AC fan will only Start after a manual kickstart
My outside AC fan will not start on its own. The compressor starts and a voltage (approx 270VAC) appears on the capacitor to the fan, but it doesn't turn. After I give the fan a little push-turn...
