Well my dog had puppies before and that is way to soon to be away from its mother the only thing you can do is maybe bottle feed it with special puppy formula that can be found at a pet store

My puppy is having the same problem it is 10 weeks and won't eat anything the only thing he will drink is milk I'm very worried about him:( well I'm glad your dog is doing better!! :)
