It would be minimal but would depend on the BTU's. 220VAC draws half the current as the 110VAC unit and this means less drop (loss) in the wiring.

You don't need cement backer board as you already have concrete as the substrate. Start by sealing any cracks and then use thinset as the base right before you apply the ceramic tile.

Labman knows more about these but I might consider looking for a battery in the unit. These LCD types often contain a backup battery to preserve the program content when A.C. power is lost.

Try contacting the manufacturer. Some of them are willing to sell direct and may also respond to special orders. 600 is not a real small number.

Without a photo can't know exactly what you are trying to replace but do know that Home Depot (and others) sell replacement motion sensors and even if it doesn't fit/match what you are trying to...
