I have not tried the aux or them setting (what ever the tstat has) but I will. It dose not have a outdoor tstat. It gets in the teens to the 10*F-12*F and I still hear the unit running!

OK, I will probably call the tech since the unit is still under warranty.

OK are the 10kw HKR-10 the sames as all the others? I may call the tech to come take a look. When in defrost the electric strips don't come on it just blows cold then. When in heat pump mode it...

A service technician installed the unit new t-stat wires and a new electrical box. The t-stat is not original itz from 2006.
