Call a vet NOW and KEEP ALL OTHER DOGS AWAY from any areas your puppy has been. Be extremely thorough in cleaning any and all areas your puppy has been. Bleach and scrub very hard.

Keep her contained in areas that are easily cleanable (floors you can bleach, etc.) You can buy cheap white towels from, say, Wal-Mart that you can use bleach on in the washing machine to lay on...
