PS: Turns out that piece with the teeny hole can be removed! But I didn't
Find that out till I tried to make the hole bigger. Then it snapped out! So,
I put the original aerator back in sans...

The aerator at the very end of the spout is basically a faulty design.
The teeny hole in the center of the top part of the aerator assembly
Allows very little water through. I 'fixed' the problem...
