Take some of mine(ha ha). What are you eating? Pasta, Rice, foods with lots of carbs, and protein drinks. I think might help.

I agree keep track of what your eating, and walking ,would help a great deal. Also drinking a lot of water. Good Luck.

My idea of losing weight would be to :
1.} drink lots of water
2.} add fruit/vegetables to your diet
3.} no late not eating
4.} excercise/ (I just bought a jump rope)
