You could do with finding a product called Indola Vitamin Spray - You can get it here in the UK but not sure in the USA - but try and have a look for it - It is a vitamin leave in conditioner - IT IS...

If you have a dark base already and it has red tones to it you needed to lift it woth a high lift tint - and watched to process - you can take it off any time you want to and not the desired length...

If you are using a permanent colour then when your roots are throu you need to re-colour althou remember it is very important to just colour your roots - NOT THE COLOUR ALREADY ON - you will be over...

Also the 44 is a double base... so it really hard to lift the red and then lift the double base too...

What numbers on wella is "green-based" - the 44/65 is a intense dark brown with the intense damson... My own colour is around a 5 or 6 - Are you in UK or USA - ?
