No lights, i did put in a new honeywell thermostat, maybe i have it wired wrong.

I have a carrier furnace and ac system. When i set the thermostat to fan on the fan won't come on, but when i set fan to auto with the heat on the fan will come on when it is suppose to. Thank you.
