Any one dealing how coping skills ?

Yeah I just very upset because I not a person to fight

I have social anxiety too I also get so worried about if other people will ike me . But maybe try a group thearpy

I think you might have social anxiexty I also have that too and I am in thearpy and it worked so great

I'm 15 and now they didn't call security they had some old man that was a social worker breack it up and my head was hurt vey badly bursices all over and I had to go to the ER too

Your are right my mother said she going to call up and complain about the program . The girl threated to kill me yesterday and then beats me up today. I didn't hit back I only pulled her hair

this girl randomly ca,e up to me and hit me and none of the socailworkers/threapistt broke it up and she hurt my head real bad

If it your best friend maybe you could talk to her about it and try to work in out or maybe don't be friend it up to you good luck
