Because I feel huge...

I want to lose more weight but am made to eat, will I still lose eating about 1700 cals a day.
Currently 5'3(158.Cm) and 40.Kg (89lbs). I know I'm underweight but oh well

Yeah others are concerned...

It is just as unhealthy to be extremley underweight than to be obese.. they both have serious effects
However being 6lbs underweight as long as you eat healthily will not do any harm...

Don't starve you will probably just ending up getting so hungry you will 'binge' and that will make you feel like a failure. Try eating healthily if you feel you need to eat a lot eat small amounts...

You can get a calculator online I think it's called a bmr calculator so just give it a Google :) or as melissa said ask a doctor and I'm sure they would be able to explain it :)

Okay first of all you are not fat I calculated your bmi and its 20.7 they say 20-21 bmi is the best as you can fight off infections and what not. Also you shouldn't diet I can't stress this enough !...

It could just be a form of dry skin just put lotsof moisturiser on and seeif that helps :) Xx
