It doesn't matter what he's thinking. You need to BLOCK him OUT of your life and pretend as if he doesn't exist. If you keep thinking about him, it means you're just holding on to the past. Went trough the same thing one year ago. He is engaged with a kid on a way (he sorted out his life pretty quickly once he met the right person for him). The bottom line it is broken because you were not right for each other. And love has nothing to do with it very often. Stuff like that happens all the time. You will get used to it as you grow older. You will think of it as another broken dream, cry a bit and then move on. Just keep hoping one day you will meet the one and being with him is going to be easy and happy, and you will thank the guy that he had broken up with you. I am sure he cared for you a lot, he just did not see you as the one.
