    Can you see that he acts according to his usual pattern? He breaks up with you,as he has done several times in the past,then comes around and wonders if he's made a mistake.
    This is not what you need in your life-ignore him this time and continue as you were, getting on with your own life.

    He is just trying to wear you down. As long as you leave him a way to do it, he will. As long as you don't firmly let him know your no longer interested, he will keep trying. Seems he can't take hints, so move this to the next level, reject him with "Leave me the freak, alone"!!! No conversation, or explanation is needed!
