Dating a woman for 6 months and her says her kids are not ready to meet me yet

Maybe the kids are stillupset that they don't see their dad much anymore? Maybe she is worried that her kids won't like you or that you will go off her when you meet them. Be supportive and understanding. Stay keen to meet them. Maybe buy them some small gifts?

So what is your question? Are you wondering if that is not normal or not fair?

My thought is that the children may still be in shock after their father passed away... how long has it been?

Look, they lost "dad." You may be a man worth knowing but they may not be ready to know you yet because of fear, anger, etc. If you can't deal with that, then you may have to decide if you are willing to wait or not.

There father has passed away 3.5 yrs ago. The Kids are 20 & 24
She is committed to me for a never ending relationship. Just not sure if it her or her kids. She has told them I am not going away so they should decide to meet me.

So why do you need to meet them ? It is not like small kids living at home.? I assume the kids do not live at home.

They may not ever approve of her dating someone else.
