I know this problem isn't done this easily. I tried to do it the best I could.

The problem: 2x-3<5 or 3x-2>13

2x-3<5+3 the first part
2x<8 divide both sides by 2 to get x by itself
x<4

3x-2>13
3x>15 divide both sides by 3 to get x by itself

x>5

x<4 or x>5
