I just would like to know what this is it looks like a red bump on my sons leg filled with clear liquid. Like a blister. Its about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch radius on his shin. And how do I submit a photo from a mobile phone

I suggest you take your son to a doctor to have the bump properly diagnosed. A pic won't help because we do not diagnose on AMHD
